Patient Reference Group

As part of our ongoing service to our patients, it is important we get feedback on how we are doing and try to address any areas of concern.

This is an ongoing and important exercise and involves the above group, meeting with a GP and Practice staff discussing the services provided and usually involving a regular patient survey when a wider range of patient views can be sort.

After reviewing the results we aim to put in place changes to improve the situation.

If you would like to learn more about involvement in this please contact David Walker our Practice Manager

Alternatively if you would just like to be informed of the surveys occurring and changes to services please let us know your e-mail address and we will include you in our communications programme.
